YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & disclosures.
Flemington First Church of Christ collects contestant names, email addresses, phone numbers, dish disclosures, and purchaser details to operate the cook-off, communicate about entries and tickets, and run check-in. Authorized organizers can access those records. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Public dish cards show dish name, type, category, heat, story, and disclosed allergens. Full ingredients are public only if organizers enable that setting. Contact details and private voting codes are never published.
Each voting code permits one vote. Staff access to code and source records is restricted to organizers; public results contain aggregate votes only. Ineligible or voided entitlements are excluded from results. Audit records retain organizer decisions. Votes cannot be changed after submission.
Contact the church to request correction or deletion. The planned retention period is 90 days after the event, except records the church must retain for financial or operational obligations. Organizers must carry out the documented deletion process.
Ingredient and dietary information comes from participants. Cross-contact may occur. The event does not certify food as allergen-free; ask organizers about food-handling policies before attending.
